This was not an easy task by any means. We had a meeting at the beginning of the year with Santa Pod and as part of the arrangement we had with them and the magazine, Drag Racing Confidential, Santa Pod’s Official Online Magazine, both Simon and I would be going off to Europe to cover the FIA European Drag racing Championships. But, access and lack of accommodation prevented this happening. However, I’d still like to claim this one completed as I did cover the first round at Santa Pod and had a number of images published in the magazine. Well it wasn’t difficult, I am the technical editor!
